The methods of delivery are given in the Terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and conditions of sale", Clause 6). "La Poste" is the transport service choosen by DYKKEREN. In France, it's called Colissimo and offers two delivery methods:
- Without signature
- With signature
The retail pricing of these services is available below.
In both cases, when order is dispatched, DYKKEREN informs customer of Colissimo tracking number so he/she can monitor the delivery of his/her order on the site Colissimo Colissimo.
Postage participation
In France, the pricing depends on the number of items purchased.
Customers must pay attention to the choice of delivery method: it must be adapted to conditions for receipt of parcels to ensure proper delivery of the ordered products (standard mailbox etc.. ).
For other delivery areas, a single pricing is proposed.

These prices represent a contribution to the overall cost of shipping: packaging and shipping.
Guadeloupe (including St-Barthelemy et St-Martin), Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte and St-Pierre-and-Miquelon:

- Colissimo without signature: 9,50€ inc VAT (7,94€ net of taxes in the case of an exportation), regardless of the number of items
- Colissimo with signature: 12€ inc VAT (10,03€ net of taxes in the case of an exportation), regardless of the number of items
New Caledonia and Dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna Islands and French Southern and Antarctic Lands:
Colissimo tracking number only available until the release of metropolitan France
- Colissimo without signature: 12€ inc VAT (10,03€ net of taxes in the case of an exportation), regardless of the number of items
- Colissimo with signature: 18€ inc VAT (15,05€ net of taxes in the case of an exportation), regardless of the number of items

DYKKEREN Packaging
Packaging depends on the number of items.
- To send of 1 to 2 items, DYKKEREN uses reinforced pockets, 100% recycled paper for France and Dom-Tom except for gift packages, and, in other areas of shipping, packaging published by La Poste.
- Beyond 1 to 2 items DYKKEREN uses recycled cardboard packaging for France, and supplies packaging published by French Post or recycled cardboard packaging for other delivery areas.
To better protect articles, DYKKEREN may occasionally reuse plastic bags from its textile suppliers.
Gift vouchers
When they are not sent in a package with other items, gift vouchers are sent by mail whatever the destination, free of charge to the shipping address listed in the order, unless another customer choice.
Parcels deposit
Deadline
Preparation in 72 hours max and delivery within 48 hours the store SUB OUEST Pessac (33).
Terms
Parcels deposit withdrawal terms are given in the Terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and conditions of sale", Clause 6). This service is free and open to any customer with the opportunity to withdraw his order against proof (order number, identity ...) within 15 days following the provision to store SUB OUEST at:

DYKKEREN shall draw attention the attention of customers choosing this mode of delivery subject to certain conditions described in the "Terms and conditions of sale", Clause 8.
Packaging
In the case of parcels, products are supplied in recycled kraft bags.
