Data retention period

DYKKEREN stores data for a period of five years from the date of one of the following events:

A few weeks before the expiry of this period, DYKKEREN will contact you to ask if you wish to keep your account. If you do not, or if we do not receive a response from you, your data will be deleted from the active database. An intermediate archiving period will follow to comply with the legal, accounting, and tax obligations of DYKKEREN SARL, and also to manage any potential claims, within the applicable statute of limitations.
